“CPP” stands for Confidently Passionate Personality.  If you have a “CPP,” customers will want to work with you.

Its been my mission lately to talk about having passion for what you do and in serving the people you’re selling to.  The “CPP” concept is an outgrowth of what I’ve been saying.  If you’re really passionate, then you’re confident.  The two go hand-in-hand in helping to define your personality on every sales call.  Remember, the greatest sales tool you have is your personality.  Think about it for a moment.  Others can mimic what you sell, others can mimic your knowledge, others can mimic your sales process, but nobody can mimic your personality.
