Sales Training Tip #228: Selling in a Soft Economy

A soft ecomony can only be offset by a stronger sales push.  It’s really not possible to cut your sales expenses and maintain your sales numbers in a soft market.

In April alone, I’ll be in Indiana, Dallas, Houston, the Bahamas, Philadelphia, Williamsburg, VA, and Las Vegas.  This means one thing:  people are serious about not letting a soft economy impact their business.  This week’s tip reminds you to push sales even harder and I can’t emphasize it enough!  In each of these locations, I’m with sales people and sales managers  who are focused on where their business is headed.  No matter what your situation is, now, more than ever, is the time to believe in yourself and the benefits you can deliver to your customers and prospects alike.
