Sales motivaiton is all about being able to do the right thing, for yourself and your customer.  With that said, I got thinking today about the word “salesleadership.”  If you can, look at it as a single word.   The definition is:  The art of leadership combined with the passion of selling.  Simple, yet powerful. 

Ask yourself if you exhibit salesleadership with these two questions:

  1. Are you a leader in the eyes of your customers?
  2. Are you passionate about selling? 

This idea of salesleadership has been on my brain and I’m going to be digging deeper into the subject with a full length article.  Let me know what you think.
