Sales motivation is something you have to work at continuously. At the end of each day, take a moment to celebrate the most successful thing you had occur that day. It may only be a minor achievement, nothing more than merely being able to complete a phone call or getting a response to an email. Nevertheless, celebrate it! Try to avoid finishing your day by being down about what you didn’t accomplish. Sales motivation is about staying up and positive! You can’t do that if you allow yourself to end your day wallowing in your personal mud. Celebrate your success at the end of each day, and while you’re celebrating, set a goal for the next day.
