Use Friday afternoon or Saturday to reflect back on your week and take a few minutes to celebrate your greatest success. Then, refine what your biggest goal is going to be for following week and take a few minutes to determine how you intend to accomplish it. By doing this on Friday or early Saturday, you’ll not only have the time to savor your success, but also to come up with better ideas than if you wait until the last minute to determine what to work on.
