I know it may sound hard to believe, but your customers will lie to you.
It all appears very innocent but can be so detrimental to a sales call. Only salespeople who are discerning enough to spot the lie will be able to uncover a customer’s true needs and desires.
You want to be that salesperson, don’t you?
