VIDEO SALES TIP: Using “Out of Office” Auto Reply to Your Advantage

The “Out of Office” auto reply feature can be a great tool to capitalize on sales opportunities.

Many people use the feature when they are on vacation or simply away from the office for a few days.  Do you?  That’s great if you do, but if possible, still reply to the emails when they come in.

Think about it… your customer or prospect emails you. The auto reply message indicates to them that you will not get back to them for awhile, so imagine their surprise when you do indeed reply to them.  This little step can show them that you are engaged and interested in helping them with what they need.

Yes, I know it’s not always possible to reply, but for the times you can, you will benefit greatly.
