Especially in today’s marketplace, it is essential that you protect your best customers by showing them your value. Never allow them to take you for granted.

It’s more important than ever for the CEO, President, and others in your company to be in contact with your customers. One of the easiest ways for them to do this is to have them either call or email your customer to thank them for their business and ask them if they’re being taken care of properly. Calls of this type often open up great dialogue, including information being shared that would never be found out in the course of a normal sales call.
