Sales Training Tip #220: “No Option” Close

When you’re dealing with a person who can’t make up their mind, you might find it beneficial to use the “No Option” close.  By stating something like, “I’ll arrange for shipment next week,” you help them make a decision.

The number of indecisive people is unbelieveable these days!  Depending on what you’re selling, you may run across these types of customers as much as 50% of the time.  Don’t waste your time and your customer’s time by delaying the decision.  Go for it!  You know what you’re offering the customer is what they need.  You know how their problems will be dealt with by buying from you.  So, why wait?  If you do, you run the risk of losing a sale.
