Are you charged with planning meetings at your company?  Picking speakers?

One fatal flaw that many meeting planners make is they try to find a speaker that will reach 100% of the audience.  What ends up happening is a puke-warm message that is half-heartedly received, if at all.

A better approach is to target your speaker to your audience in a way that the speaker’s message will deeply resonate with about 70% of your audience.

That sounds counter-intuitive, I know.
