I bet you are leaving money on the table — and there is a way you can stop doing that.
Come up with three packages, with the first two of those being priced much higher than you really think the customer is going to buy.
When they choose the third package, they will feel like they are getting a deal, but you will be selling it at NO DISCOUNT. (Better yet, sometimes they DO buy one of those higher-priced packages and you make even more money).
