You probably know your product’s features inside and out, right?

Guess what? ¬†Your customer really doesn’t care unless you can help them reach their desired outcomes.

If you want to be an extraordinary salesperson who has a lot of success, then focus on your customer’s outcomes way more than you focus on your product’s features.

This seems like simple advice, but you would be amazed at the number of salespeople who stall out at being average because they don’t become skilled at understanding what the customer really wants.
