If you haven’t looked at your sales process in awhile, it could be in need of some refinement.

A lot of salespeople put a sales process in place — and then just let it coast.   The truth is, your sales process may suck.  That’s right! It may be falling way short of doing what you think it is doing.

You have to on a regular basis assess if what you’ve been doing is really working or if you need to tweak it, refine it, or change it completely.
