As a salesperson, have you often found yourself telling a customer or potential customer that you’ll be available whenever they need you (or something to that effect)?
Don’t get me wrong — I completely see how this happens. Good salespeople want to be available. We tend to equate “availability of the salesperson” with “good customer service.”
But I want to challenge you on how well you’re using your time. Your time is a valuable asset. That being the case, you have to develop good discernment on where to best spend your time when it comes to customer interactions.
Check out this time management video on our Sales Hunter channel and then let me know how it prompted you to make changes in how you manage your time.
