Many companies are trying to take a price increase and of course customers are pushing back. One approach used by a lot of companies is to refer to their price increase as a surcharge, a very common one is “energy surcharge” or “fuel surcharge” is this a good approach? Why or why not? I’m eager to hear your opinion.
