Question:  What if you have someone who is interested in your services but you can’t satifisy their needs at this time. What is a good way to handle that call?

The Sales Hunter’s Response:  Sometimes the best way to satisfy a customer is to refer them to someone who can service them better than you.  However, when you do this, don’t lose sight of the customer.  Because you’ve served them well, you’ve still earned the right to contact them again.
