I know it sounds harsh, but your sales presentation sucks — if you are relying on it so heavily that it is a roadblock to authentic dialogue.
What happens when you come into a meeting with the customer or prospect and you are determined to stick to the presentation is you may actually shut down any real possibility of dialogue.
Dialogue is where you can discover their true needs and wants! To become a better sales leader and boost your profits, you have to be willing to ditch the presentation when necessary.
