Customers are looking for sales leaders.

They want someone who they can come to and ask questions, because they see that person as having a level of expertise and a genuine interest in helping them.  If you are that type of salesperson, then you are likely a sales leader.

A sales follower, on the other hand, is likely closing more sales for the competition!
