How I Choose to Engage with Artificial Intelligence
There’s no escaping it—AI is everywhere. It’s transforming how we work, interact, and sell. But in this fast-paced AI world, it’s more important than ever to make intentional choices about how we use it. I call this my AI Manifesto. Here’s what it looks like in action:
1. AI will not control my life.
AI is not going to run the show. I decide how I live and work. Sure, I’ll use AI to help me be more effective and productive, but I’m not giving it the keys. The moment you let AI make the decisions, you lose what makes you unique. Use AI as a resource, not a ruler.
2. AI will help me become more curious.
Curiosity drives sales—and success. AI opens new pathways of thought I may not have considered on my own. It’s a tool that helps me dig deeper and ask better questions.
The more curious you are, the more you discover. AI gives me the edge to keep exploring and learning.
3. AI will not replace me; I will use it to assist me.
Let’s put this myth to bed. AI isn’t replacing me; it’s here to help me get things done. I’m in the driver’s seat. Use AI to complete tasks, find better solutions, and streamline your work.
Don’t sit back and watch as it takes over; instead, lean in and make it work for you.
4. AI will help me become a better person.
This may sound odd, but it’s true. With AI, I’m gaining more knowledge, better insights, and a deeper understanding of the industries and people I work with. That intellectual growth elevates me personally and professionally. The better I understand, the better I serve.

5. AI will help give me more time to spend engaging with others.
Time is our most valuable resource. If AI can take repetitive tasks off my plate, I get to spend more meaningful time connecting—with customers, colleagues, and family. That’s critical. Use your freed-up time to build stronger relationships. That’s where the magic happens.
6. AI will allow me to be more knowledgeable going into every conversation.
There’s no excuse for showing up unprepared. Before any call or meeting, I use AI to add to my knowledge base and gain fresh insights. A few minutes of research can transform your next conversation. Tap into what’s available—you’ll be ready for anything.
7. AI will allow me to overcome cultural and language barriers, allowing me to connect better with others.
Business is global and so is AI. The people I interact with aren’t always in my region or speak my language—and that’s okay. AI helps me reach across cultures and connect on a deeper level. From language translation to understanding regional differences, it’s my bridge to the world.
8. AI is not an enemy; rather, I will view it for the benefits it offers.
Some view AI with suspicion, like it’s coming after their job or livelihood. That thinking is outdated. The train has already left the station—you can’t slow it down. Instead, I choose to see AI for the benefits it offers. When you approach it as a force for good, your perspective shifts and new opportunities emerge.

9. AI might mean “artificial intelligence,” but I view it as meaning “authentic integrity.”
Here’s my final point. While AI may stand for artificial intelligence, to me, it means authentic integrity. I’m not using AI to replace who I am, but to help me live, sell, and connect with more honesty and impact. That’s the real value.
Embrace these principles. Let AI empower you—never control you—on the path to greater knowledge, deeper relationships, and authentic success.

The most significant differentiator isn’t your product, price, or even your pitch—it’s your integrity.
