Professional Selling Skills Training: Selling the Holidays

It’s time for all of us to sell the holidays.  That’s right, sell ’em.  Here’s what I mean.  There’s not a person around that does not feel pressed for time between now and the end of the year.  This means that people are more aware of the time it takes for them to do things.  There’s no better benefit to leverage than time, regardless of what you sell.  First, use it as a reason for the customer to buy from you now.  Why wait?  The longer the decision is delayed, the more time it takes up.  Secondly, use the gift of time as another reason for them to buy now, emphasizing their efficiency, etc. 

Go for it!  Use the next 6 weeks to your advantage.  Remember, the top performers in your industry aren’t slacking off during this time of year, so neither should you.
