Sales Training Tip #226: A Price Increase is a State of Mind

A price increase is a state of mind – namely yours!  If you don’t completely believe in your price increase, your customers won’t either.

Your customers are buying confidence.  They want and expect it, and how you communicate your price increase is going to go a long way in giving the customer confidence.  Keep in mind that if you’re delivering the level of service you say you can, then certainly you’re deserving of the increased price.
