At this time of year, people begin to relax more and are in a much better state of mind to share information. You will be amazed at what you’re able to learn that will help you in the coming year.
Many times it’s during these types of relaxed conversations where the customer will share with you insights they wouldn’t normally share. For you, it’s a time to allow them to get to know you better. Even if you get only their voicemail, make sure you leave your name and wish them the best.
Sales motivation is a constant process and the more you can stay connected to your customers, the better equipped you are to meet their needs and relieve their pains.
