I’ve been amazed at how much more power and energy I have whenever I’m dealing with something I believe in and have passion over. Your key to believing in something and having passion about it does not always lie with what it is you sell. I can attest to that, as there are many times I’m working with a company that might be selling something I know little about. This does not mean, however, that I can’t be passionate about it.
Passion and belief come from believing in the people with whom you are dealing and your unwavering desire to make a positive impact in their lives and in their business. This is the real source of power — being able to view everything you do as helping those you are privileged to serve. You might say your passion is your sales motivation.
